I discovered the power of energy work, and specifically energy healing, later in life. That timing enabled me to bring a breadth of life experience to my healing work. After a career in Information Technology, I took early retirement and sought a more spiritual and slower paced life.

I enrolled in a 4-month meditation/well-being course, and also sought traditional counseling. My intention was to examine the layers of conditioning and beliefs that I had accumulated through the entirety of my life, and to find a more fulfilling, peaceful life, living from a heart centered place.

Experiencing firsthand the amazing power of self-healing and growth, I came to know that the power is always there, waiting only for the knowledge, skill and willingness to tap into it.

I am a Pranic Healing® Practitioner, using the Pranic Healing® system as developed by Master Choa Kok Sui. I received my training in Advanced Pranic Healing® and Pranic Psychotherapy® through The Institute for Inner Studies, under the instruction of Master Stephen Co. In the spirit of service and ongoing learning, I work with other healers through monthly online Pranic Healing® Clinics.

 

I am a certified Usui Holy Fire III Reiki® Master Practitioner through the International Center for Reiki Training.

 

I continue to study, learn and be inspired by many experts in the field of Energy work. Among them Master Stephen Co, Cyndi Dale, Barbara Ann Brennan and Anne Marie Chiasson.
